Tradition, hospitality, and love for our homeland.
Our story begins with a dream the dream of our parents, who, as immigrants in Africa, worked tirelessly and made countless sacrifices to offer their children a better life. Despite the challenging circumstances, they never gave up on that dream: to return to Greece with their family and build a brighter future for their children. In 1991, that dream became a reality with the creation of Elysian Studios.
We are proud of the journey we have taken, and we believe that every new step we make — such as the 2025 renovation is a tribute to our parents' dedication and perseverance in realizing their original vision.
