Elysian Studios Rules and Guidelines

To ensure that all guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay at Elysian Studios, we kindly request that the following rules and guidelines are observed-

Arrivals / Departures

Check-in time: 14:00PM.

Check-out time: 11:00AM.

Upon arrival a valid identification document is required for a seamless check-in process (ID Card, Passport, Drivers License, VAT number). Guests are allowed to provide the required documentation ahead of time via email at info@elysianstudios.gr

Late check-out requests are subject to a charge of €30 per hour after 11:00AM.

Upon check-out, please ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are collected. Any items that are left behind are not retained or stored by Elysian Studios. Claims for compensation for lost or forgotten personal items or valuables will not be accepted or entertained. Guests are reminded to be aware of their personal belongings at all times.

Cleaning / Service

Elysian Studios are fully serviced and cleaned every third day (3-days) between 09:00AM and 12:00PM. In between arrival and service dates there are intermittent changes of towels and bed turn-downs to facilitate a seamless experience. Guests are kindly requested to allow access during this time unless otherwise arranged. Should guests not wish to be disturbed, kindly use the required notification signs so that you are not interrupted.

Requests for additional cleaning services, towel changes, or bed linens outside the above-mentioned room-service time frame or day will be charged at €40 per service.

Cleaning services are not provided on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Pets

Elysian Studios maintains a strict health code and as such pets are not allowed, however, requesting guests traveling with a pet are required to inform Elysian Studios in advance.

Only one pet up to 8kg may be permitted depending on approval, there are no exceptions to this policy.

The approval of a pet attracts a service charge of €20 per day.

Guests failing to notify Elysian Studios about traveling with a pet attract a service charge of €40 per day and a potential cancellation of their booking.

Elysian Studios reserves the right to cancel booking requests that include a pet.

Additional Information

The mini bar contains items that are charged according to the price list that is displayed on the exterior of the mini bar door unless specified otherwise.

Elysian Studios are delivered to each guest fully functional with all provided amenities and content. Any damages to the studio or removal of any items will be charged accordingly.

The Elysian Studios complex is comprised of eight (8) Studios. We kindly request your respect and consideration toward other guests and our staff.

Please keep all common areas, driveways and walkways clean and free of personal belongings.

Washing and drying facilities are located in the lower level and are accessible via stairs. Please inform Elysian Studios staff should you wish to use these facilities.

Elysian Studios does not offer child minding or caring facilities. Parents and designated guardians are responsible for the care and safety of children. Children below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Elysian Studios reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest regardless of their booking status.

There may be potential for noise from the surrounding neighborhood or within Elysian Studios. These circumstances are beyond our control and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Designated Quiet Hours

The designated quiet hours are daily from 15:00PM to 17:30PM and from 23:00PM to 07:30AM.

In the event where construction works either private or communal are being conducted inside or outside the Elysian Studios complex, noise may be expected. These circumstances are beyond our control and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Smoking

All Elysian Studios are strictly non-smoking.

Guests that violate this policy automatically attract a smoking violation fee of €500. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Extra Guest Charges

Children / Infants 0-6 years of age – baby cot fee €10/day.

Children 6-17 years of age – €20/day.

Adults 18 years and above – €40/day.

Admission

Elysian Studios reserves the right to restrict or deny access to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Issuance and Notification

This General Information and Policies document is provided to each guest booking in either one of the following manners-

Electronic format via email (PDF).

URL link via email, text, Viber, Whatsapp message.

Physically upon arrival at the Elysian Studios establishment.

INDEMNITY

Property Owner / Operator

Elysian Studios, including its owners, directors, employees, agents and representatives (hereinafter referred to as ‘Elysian Studios’).

Indemnifying party

All guests that have confirmed bookings with Elysian Studios.

Purpose

The indemnifying party acknowledges that they are entering, staying at, visiting, or making use of the premises, facilities, services and amenities of Elysian Studios, including but not limited to accommodation, walkways, hallways, stairwells, balconies, parking areas, parking bays, parking ramps, recreational areas and any related facilities or activities.

Assumption of Risk

The indemnifying party acknowledges that use of the premises and facilities involves risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, loss, theft or damage to the property. The indemnifying party voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Children / Minors

The indemnifying party accepts full responsibility for the conduct, safety, behavior, and any actions of any infants, children / minors or invitees under their care. Elysian Studios shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or death (either present or future instances) to the above mentioned parties due to lack of supervision.

Activities and Use of Facilities

Any activities undertaken at or within Elysian Studios (including walking on uneven terrain, use of outdoor areas, or off-site excursions arranged independently) are done at the indemnifying party’s own risk. The indemnifying party confirms they are physically and mentally fit to participate in such activities. Elysian Studios shall not be held responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from activities that are not directly supervised by Elysian Studios.

Indemnity

The indemnifying party hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elysian Studios from and against all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of of related  to-

Injury, illness, or death of the indemnifying party, their children, infants, minors or their invited guests or pets.

Loss of or damage to property and personal belongings and valuables.

Any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct of the indemnifying party or their invited guests.

Use or misuse of the premises or facilities.

Breach of the rules and regulations as well as safety instructions stipulated in this General Information and Policies document.

to the fullest extent permitted under Greek Law, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Elysian Studios.

Waiver of Claims

The indemnifying party has been informed of and issued this General Information and Policies document as specified in the Issuance and Notification section above and expressly and automatically agree to, recognize and understand all safety instructions as stipulated above and waive any and all legal rights and all claims (either present or future) against Elysian Studios.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, the indemnifying party authorizes Elysian Studios to obtain medical assistance at the indemnifying party’s cost and expense. Emergency Contact Numbers are listed further down below.

Governing Law

This Indemnity and the General Information and Policies document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.

Severability

If any provision of this Indemnity agreement or General Information and Policies document is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Full Agreement

The indemnifying party agrees to al the above which constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
